the apartment has great next to the grand bazaar, blue mosque, oldctiy-near the main street grand bazzar shopping, restaurants nearby, and the main areas. people who work there are really kind.

During my stay at Feyza Apart, I encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning in my room. However, the staff quickly resolved the problem by providing me with another room for the night and ensuring that my actual room the next day was comfortable and well-equipped. The cleanliness and amenities in the room were impressive, with little extras like shower gel and soaps adding a nice touch. Additionally, the staff at Feyza Apart were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its good value and convenient location. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the positive aspects far outweighed any drawbacks.

Location was comfortable, near binbirdirek cistern, staff was accommodating though we didn't see much of them. Has well-maintained rooms, natural lighting and nice views.

it was an excellent apartment and good price. it had an incredible setting really close to the hill, the aya sophia, blue mosque, grand bazaar, and istanbul.

This place in the old town was absolutely perfect and incredibly comfortable, and the staff was respectful and friendly to talk to.

The daily cleaning service ensured that our studio was always spotless, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to cook our own meals. We loved that there were grocery stores and restaurants just around the corner, and the nearby tram station made it convenient to explore all the famous sites in just minutes.

I especially appreciated the staff's attentiveness when they noticed we had left our mobile in the room and immediately returned it to us. I highly recommend Feyza Apart for its exceptional service and convenient location. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 😊.

The location is mind-blowingly central, near all monuments and just a short walk from the tram. Plus, there's an amazing traditional hamam only minutes away! The apartment for two is super spacious and allows you to relax comfortably. The English-speaking staff are incredibly polite and always ready to help. The bathroom is nice, the bed is comfortable, and there's even a terrace with a jaw-dropping view. The owner goes above and beyond, providing water, assistance with luggage, and even a city tour. The hospitality here is top-notch! The whole team is friendly and helpful, from rapid responses to requests like a washing machine and airport transfer, to honesty in returning lost items. The rooms are beautifully maintained and the building is conveniently located near all the city's attractions. I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to come back.

Had a great Xmas stay! the rooms were clean and perfect for families with kids. the location was ideal, close to main sights and restaurants. the owner went above and beyond, providing water, helping with luggage, and giving a tour of the city. the terrace was a bonus, where we enjoyed take-out meals while admiring the sea, seagulls, and cats.

A couple of downsides. the bathroom was small, and the room size was cramped due to excessive furniture.
